A pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform efficient maintenance on process and utilities equipment. The ideal candidate must have a NITEC in Mechanical or Mechatronics, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance work and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Candidates with certifications in boiler attendance are preferred.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance efficiently and effectively for process and utilities equipment and building facilities.
2. Coordinating and ensuring the quality of work carried out by external and internal contractors are as per Sanofi requirement.
3. Possess basic maintaining and servicing of rotating equipment such as glasslined reactor agitator, centrifuge agitator, dryer atomizers, pumps and similar equipment.
4. Possess basic maintaining and servicing static equipment such as heat-exchangers, vessel, valves (different type of valves) and similar equipment.
5. Possess basic skill in performing the following speciality tasks:
6. Responsible for notifying immediate supervisor in a timely manner on deficiencies or anomalies observed during maintenance Closure of corrective maintenance workorders in Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Retrieve data for regular workorder analysis.
7. Play a pro-active role in ensuring the HSE standards & Life Savings Rule are adhered to.
8. Embraced Zero Incident Mindset and adopt the responsible of HSE protection policies and Life Saving Rules (LSR).
9. Practice safe engineering operation and ensure all HSE procedures are followed. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
