Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a client representative mechanical design engineer to support JTC and public sector projects, including planning gas infrastructure for industrial estates. You will coordinate with agencies to align mechanical systems with project goals and estate needs.

You will also help plan and advise mechanical requirements such as district cooling systems for new or upgraded estates, and represent JTC in relevant committees and technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in consultancy and mechanical systems design.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Formulate project briefs for consultancy tenders and manage consultants.
• Review design drawings, technical calculations and specifications from design to completion.
• Coordinate with public sector agencies and professionals on project teams.
• Plan mechanical requirements for district cooling and related systems for estates.
• Represent JTC in committees for technical matters and technology discussions.
