Job description

Company Background: One of Singapore’s leading prominent Japanese MNC company specializing in the field of design & installation of ACMV systems.

Remuneration Package: S$ 6,000 + Mobile Allowance + Site Allowance +Variable Bonus

Working Location: Central Region (Ang Mo Kio - Yio Chu Kang)

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and forecast project monthly and weekly installation schedules.
• Anticipate potential site issues and eliminate any risks.
• Liaise with site person-in-charge for work arrangement and manpower planning.
• Liaise with suppliers for delivery of materials and equipment by raising MERF (material- equipment-requisition-form) for approval.
• Attend regular project meetings (such as site progress and co-ordination) with interested parties including clients, architect, consultants, main contractor, and sub-contractors.
• Monitor, co-ordinate and direct the execution of work with site representatives and workers for smooth workflow.
• Submit method statement, risk assessment and shop drawing.
• Submit progress report and progress claim.
• Ensure design of Mechanical & Electrical work meets with clients’ requirements.
• Perform pre-inspection of deliverable material and equipment, and after delivery inspection for any defective goods.
• Inspect site installation work for quality and assurance.
• Clearance of defects and outstanding works.
• Prepare as-built drawings for joint inspection with clients’ representatives.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with experience managing LTA projects will be an added advantage.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV or M&E projects in Singapore.
