The successful candidate will lead troubleshooting efforts, develop maintenance plans, and implement automation projects to enhance productivity while ensuring safety. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience are essential.

Job Description

• To drive maintenance activities to maintain high efficiency of the equipment and minimise machine downtime as per KPI.
• To lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of machine delays especially on mechanical faults.
• To develop and implement maintenance plans on all equipment to minimise downtime.
• To monitor cost as per KPI, maintain inventory of spares, liase with vendors and partners and to coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient operation.
• To develop, plan and implement automation projects to improve machine safety, reduce human intervention and maximise productivity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent studies
• Minimum 2 years in the maintenance field
• Experienced in automation, mechanical & electrical maintenance in a manufactoring environment
• Safety conscious
• Able to work in a hot and dusty environment
