Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in solution engineering, proposal engineering, tender engineering, or project engineering.
• Strong tender management and technical proposal preparation experience.
• Hands-on experience in engineering design, equipment selection, and system solution development.
• Experience preparing BOMs, cost estimations, and engineering calculations.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation standards and project specifications.
• Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for project meetings and site support.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, and presentation activities.
• Coordinate tender documents, technical specifications, and compliance checks.
• Develop system designs, equipment selection, layouts, and schematics.
