Job summary

Bureau Veritas Mission Critical (BVMC) seeks a Senior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to oversee development of test scripts and testing of complex electrical infrastructure products and systems.

You will plan and execute full life cycle commissioning for data center facilities, witness tests, interact with contractors, and develop MEP procedures to ensure code compliance and system reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting & maintenance of Mechanical control systems, HVAC, cooling systems, Building Management Systems.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities and team management or leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and executes full life cycle commissioning of critical facilities.
• Witnesses test procedures and evaluates performance of mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Interacts with contractors, interprets designs and specifications, and prepares field reports.
• Develops MEP test procedures and operating procedures; responds to RFI's from PM team.
