Job Description:

1. Manage the planning and development of projects.
2. Develop mechanical and/or electrical engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptual to schematic and detailed designs.
3. Responsible for designing mechanical and electrical systems.
4. Conduct project assessments and provide feasible and creative solutions based on assessment results.
5. Participate in the tendering process and assist with project costs and budgets.
6. Plan the team’s manpower and provide on-the-job coaching to junior staff.
7. Be meticulous and highly detail-oriented.
8. Have a keen interest in incorporating new technologies into engineering design projects.
9. Possess excellent knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical engineering fields.
10. Be analytical and possess good problem-solving skills.
11. Have strong interpersonal and project coordination skills for engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
12. Work both in the office and at project sites.
