Key Responsibilities:

• Possesses a deep understanding of the technicalities of luxury vehicles (hardware & software).
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair luxury vehicles.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance of luxury vehicles.
• Ability to work independently.
• Assigning and managing tasks within the workshop.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards.
• Provide guidance to and training to junior technicians.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with continental and luxury cars.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in automotive industry (experience can substitute formal qualifications).
• Strong knowledge of brands like Jaguar, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati.
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Experience with engine and gearbox repairs, as well as advanced car systems.
• Precision in handling repairs and maintenance to meet luxury standards.
• Ability to work independently and communicate repair needs with team members.
• Capable of advising on maintenance and preventative measures.
• Strong manual skills for working on high-performance vehicles.
