Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Material Handler Lead / Senior Warehouse Operator in Changi Alps, Singapore. You will supervise daily warehouse operations, operate Reach Truck and Order Picker, and coordinate shipments with customers and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on warehouse experience, ability to work 12-hour shifts, and a track record in logistics. AWS and a basic salary are offered, with a 4/3 and 3/4 shift pattern delivering more rest days.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in logistics, warehousing or warehouse operations.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
• Experience operating MHE such as Reach Truck and/or Order Picker.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Comfortable handling both hands-on warehouse duties and administrative coordination.
• Able to respond efficiently to emails, calls and operational requests.
• Able to multitask and manage changing operational priorities.
• Knowledge of TradeNet permit declarations will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP and B2B IT systems/infrastructure will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Process outbound orders and ensure shipments are prepared accurately and on time.
• Arrange shipments through email and online booking platforms.
• Perform online shipment bookings and follow up on shipment status.
• Support daily manpower and resource planning.
• Handle TradeNet permit declarations where required.
• Monitor and respond promptly to customers' emails, calls, requests and operational queries.
• Support inbound receiving and inventory activities.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation and filing.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to fulfil operational requirements.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Reach Truck and Order Picker.
• Participate in Kaizen, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support company projects and other operational duties when required.
