Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Staff Marketing Scientist in Singapore to lead measurement strategy and operations for key advertiser relationships across Australia and India.

You will design experiments, analyze ads performance, and apply causal and observational methods to improve Snap’s ad products and client outcomes. You will work with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver insights, develop playbooks, and build measurement fluency within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 10+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company.
• Experience in ads measurement.
• Advanced degree in business, mathematics, economics, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the measurement strategy, operations, goals, and learning plans for key measurement partners or large customer verticals.
• Drive performance improvement through learning agenda development, experimental design, causal analytics, and ads efficacy solution prototyping.
• Partner with Sales leadership to evaluate and improve Snap’s ad products using causal and observational measurement frameworks.
• Lead quarterly business reviews highlighting trends, learning progress, and requests for extended measurement leadership.
• Lead measurement operations across first-party and third-party measurement solutions.
