Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Marketing Science Partner to drive measurement adoption for China advertisers. You will design measurement programs, apply advanced analytics, and partner with Sales/Marketing to scale new ad products.

Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R, and econometrics, with Mandarin and English fluency, is essential. 6+ years of analytics experience in tech or advertising is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field; 6+ years analytics experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience with ads measurement in growth, acquisition, or eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Build measurement programs for the China business to drive ad product planning.
• Identify performance drivers using advanced analytics across E‑commerce and Gaming.
• Lead meta-analysis with Data Science and R&D to understand marketing strategy impact.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to test and scale new ad products and features.
