What You'll Do

You will be a Marketing specialist leading our growth in the APAC & India Market. Be associated with the execution of all regional marketing programs that lead to pipeline acquisition and growth. This means supporting the accomplishment of revenue targets across all our market segments. This is not a remote position.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • You and your team will manage and deploy the entire marketing mix for your region.
  • You are to promote great relationships across the business, especially partnerships with Sales leadership and teams.
  • Cover many marketing activities such as Field Marketing, coordinating with Content, Partner, and Product Marketing teams.
  • You will report to the Director, Marketing.
What You'll Need to be Successful
  • Bring 12+ years of proven experience in B2B/SaaS, enterprise, or demand generation marketing in high-growth software companies, SaaS companies, and leading teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working with SDR/BDR and field sales teams to achieve growth in the India Market.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech stack (Google Marketing Platform (SA 360, Campaign Manager, DV 360), Social ads, Salesforce, Eloqua).
  • Field Marketing experience, especially driving Lead Generation through Digital Channels and in-person events, with regional market experience.
  • Oversee a team of marketers, third-party vendors, and partners.
  • Well-versed in Account-Based Marketing programs, including development, understanding market intent, and execution to meet team goals.
  • Experience supporting events, conferences, webinars, and partner events.
  • Ability to report and communicate ROI, adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • Ownership of the regional marketing budget, developing spending models aligned with pipeline targets and program activities.
  • Collaborate with partners and peers to align plans, resources, and budgets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
