Job description

Role Summary

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and play a pivotal role in driving growth in Singapore and Korea.

Based in Singapore, you will lead local marketing execution while also supporting regional growth—especially in Korea, a high-priority market for BOM BOM. You will help shape integrated campaigns, manage digital performance, drive social and influencer engagement, and coordinate cross-functional projects that impact multiple markets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and who is excited to help scale a disruptive DTC brand.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing:

  • Lead and optimize campaigns across Google Performance Max (PMax), Meta (Instagram, Facebook), and other paid platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, POAS, CPA and optimize continuously for efficiency and scale.
  • Drive with creative team briefs, A/B testing, and landing page improvements.

SEO & Website Performance:

  • Develop SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and improve site performance.
  • Conduct competitor site audits, and keyword research to guide content strategy.
  • Monitor site performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.

Content & Copywriting:

  • Develop persuasive and engaging content for ads, social media, web, and email—always aligned with the BOM BOM tone of voice.
  • Co-drive creation of content series that educate and build trust with pet owners.
  • Ensure tone and message consistency across all platforms.

Social Media & Community Engagement:

  • Manage the social media calendar and execution for all Social Media Platforms.
  • Oversee daily posting, community interaction, and performance tracking across social platforms.
  • Strengthen community loyalty through active engagement and meaningful conversations.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers in alignment with our brand values.
  • Coordinate content timelines and briefs, and ensure alignment with Customer Solutions team.
  • Track content quality and influencer ROI.

Event & Activation Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand activations, pop-ups, and vet-related events across Singapore and Korea.
  • Ensure event messaging, visuals, and materials align with campaign objectives.
  • Measure event performance and drive post-event conversions.

Regional Coordination & Group Reporting:

  • Align with the CMO on group-level priorities and ensure synergy across teams.
  • Prepare monthly reporting decks for internal and group-level review.
  • Support brand consistency and cross-market execution, especially in Korea.

Strategic Projects & Ad Hoc Initiatives:

  • Contribute to special projects, product launches, research, or regional initiatives as assigned by the CMO.
  • Be ready to step in on urgent or cross-functional tasks with flexibility and ownership.
