Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Brand Expansion Strategy: Define and lead the transition of an established Japanese entertainment brand into a recognizable fashion label.

· Fashion Positioning: Develop the fashion brand’s voice, visual identity, and messaging to resonate with target audiences (e.g., streetwear, youth culture, fashion-forward consumers).

· Campaign Leadership: Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, experiential) to launch and grow the fashion line.

· Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and secure partnerships with fashion designers, artists, influencers, and retail platforms.

· Go-to-Market (GTM): Lead GTM strategies for seasonal collections and capsule drops.

· Content & Storytelling: Create compelling narratives that tie the brand's Japanese Pachinko roots to its new fashion identity.

· E-Commerce & Retail Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams on online marketing, product positioning, and physical retail presence/pop-ups.

· Market Research: Monitor global and regional fashion trends, youth culture, and competitive landscape to refine positioning.

Qualifications:

· 7–10+ years in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in fashion, streetwear, or youth-focused brands.

· Proven experience in building or growing fashion or lifestyle brands.

· Deep understanding of fashion culture, streetwear, and branding trends across Asia and globally.

· Strong connections with influencers, media, and creative agencies in the fashion or youth lifestyle space.

· Experience with launching new products or lines across digital and physical retail.

· Creative thinker with strong brand storytelling skills.

· Familiarity with Japanese pop culture is a major plus.
