BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing & Lifestyle Programming in Singapore's Central / Sentosa Area. Permanent, senior marketing role.

Lead brand strategy, marketing calendar and commercial campaigns while driving F&B revenue, guest engagement and visits. Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, PR, CRM and paid media, and develop events, lifestyle partnerships and brand activations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in brand, marketing or commercial leadership.
• Strong background in hospitality, F&B, hotels, lifestyle, consumer or luxury brands.
• Proven experience across digital marketing, PR, partnerships, events and integrated campaigns.
• Strong commercial mindset — able to translate marketing strategy into measurable revenue/business results.
• Previous experience leading and developing a marketing team.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends, lifestyle, guest experience and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall brand strategy, marketing calendar and commercial campaigns.
• Drive F&B revenue, reservations, visitation and guest engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, CRM and paid media.
• Develop events, lifestyle partnerships, collaborations and brand activations.
• Lead the marketing team and partner closely with Operations, Culinary, Beverage and Creative teams.
