We’re looking for a strategic and versatile marketing lead to help drive our next phase of brand and business growth. This is not just an executional role — you’ll oversee campaigns, guide freelancers, and work closely with founders to align marketing with business strategy.

Your Role
You will lead the end-to-end marketing function — from strategy to execution — while mentoring team members and ensuring marketing efforts align with sales and operations. We’re looking for someone who combines commercial thinking, creative direction, and performance-minded execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the annual marketing roadmap across digital, retail, B2B, and experiential channels.
- Plan integrated 360° campaigns for product launches, festive campaigns, and activations (B2C and corporate)
- Align brand and marketing strategy with evolving commercial goals.
- Define quarterly KPIs with founders and drive team accountability.
- Champion brand strategy across storytelling, partnerships, and customer experience.
- Stay ahead of consumer trends and propose new initiatives.
Team Mentorship & Coordination
- Guide and mentor junior executives, interns, and freelancers.
- Oversee timelines, content calendars, and quality assurance across campaigns.
- Build workflows and SOPs to improve execution and coordination.
- Serve as the lead contact for creatives, agencies, and vendors.
- Help grow the marketing team into a high-performing unit.
Performance Marketing & Budget Oversight
- Collaborate with freelance specialists to plan and optimise Meta, Google, and other digital ad campaigns.
- Understand and monitor key metrics like ROAS, CTR, AOV, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Track campaign spend, and use analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, Shopify) to evaluate performance.
- Share monthly marketing performance reports with leadership.
- Recommend budget allocations based on campaign data and ROI.
Brand Content & Storytelling
- Oversee content production across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, packaging, and in-store materials.
- Write or supervise copy for social posts, ads, banners, press kits, and web content.
- Guide the production of videos, reels, lifestyle shoots, and storytelling formats.
- Ensure consistent tone and branding across all platforms.
- Lead seasonal and product campaigns from concept to execution.
Partnerships, Events & B2B Marketing
- Lead marketing efforts for B2C and B2B events, including pop-ups, events, tastings, and B2B activations.
- Develop press kits and outreach assets for KOLs, media, and partners.
- Collaborate with Business Development to support corporate gifting, bulk sales, and F&B initiatives.
- Lead marketing preparations for new B2B launches — messaging, materials, communications.
Website & Conversion Optimisation
- Manage Shopify updates — including campaign banners, landing pages, and featured product sections.
- Coordinate UX/UI optimisation with the web agency to improve on-site journey.
- Use GA4, heatmaps, and Shopify analytics to assess and enhance conversion behaviour.
Campaign Reporting & Budget Management
- Track KPIs, compile post-mortem campaign reports, and share insights with the team.
- Review monthly marketing spends across ads, content, events, and KOLs.
- Forecast budgets for upcoming campaigns and marketing expansions.
- Ensure all efforts align with ROI targets and commercial objectives.
Who We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in marketing (FMCG, F&B, ecommerce, or omnichannel preferred).
- Proven ability to lead campaigns end-to-end: planning, production, optimisation, and review.
- Strong copywriting, content ideation, and storytelling instincts.
- Able to monitor and interpret marketing/ad metrics with the support of freelancers or agencies.
- Familiar with performance metrics and ad budget management (Meta, Google).
- Experience in mentoring or managing junior team members or freelancers.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable in a fast-paced, lean team.
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta/Google Ads.

Compensation
- Monthly Salary: $3,800 – $4,400
- 13th Month Bonus: Guaranteed annual bonus (Cash)
