Job description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing efforts for our Spa business. This role will focus on campaign execution, PR/KOL coordination, customer loyalty initiatives, visual merchandising, and in-store activations. It is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging customer experiences and driving relationship-based growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute spa marketing campaigns (seasonal, referral, retention, promo mechanics)
  • Manage communications for loyalty and referral programs (EDM, WhatsApp, Telegram)
  • Develop sales kits for in-store use and drive conversions via landing pages
  • Collaborate closely with Spa Operations to align promotions with customer journeys
  • Support PR, KOL outreach, and sampling programs specific to spa initiatives
  • Coordinate landlord/mall partnerships for events and exposure opportunities
  • Oversee in-store visual merchandising with support from designers and operations
  • Work with CS and CX teams to gather insights for campaign and experience optimization
  • Track and report campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics
  • Drive new lead generation and client acquisition through referral, performance marketing, SEO/SEM
  • Strengthen client retention through engagement mechanisms (e.g., events, VVIP services)
  • Manage all web content and social posts related to spa treatments to inform and engage clients
  • Provide regular campaign reporting, monitor budgets, and assess against goals (ROI, ROAS, KPIs)


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing & Communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • A proactive self-starter and strong team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Klaviyo, Meta, Canva, and Adobe tools
  • Strong in copywriting, coordination, and visual storytelling
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Familiarity with web design and AI tools is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
