Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. • Support in creating annual marketing plans and budgets. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Campaign Management • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, email, etc.). • Track and optimize ongoing campaigns to improve performance. • Work with agencies or internal teams for content creation and media planning.
Digital Marketing • Manage company presence on digital platforms including website, SEO/SEM, and social media. • Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. • Assist in lead generation and nurturing through CRM and marketing automation tools.
Brand Management • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. • Support in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content. • Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed.
Event & Promotion Management • Organize and manage events, trade shows, product launches, and sponsorship activities. • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders for smooth execution. • Oversee promotional merchandise and campaign-specific giveaways.
Market Research & Reporting • Conduct competitor analysis and customer surveys. • Generate reports and insights for senior management. • Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Team Collaboration & Supervision • Mentor junior marketing staff or interns if applicable. • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies. • Manage timelines, deadlines, and priorities across multiple projects.
