A leading company in property management is seeking a proactive Marketing professional to enhance mall visibility and revenue through innovative campaigns and leasing opportunities. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in managing tenant engagement, multi-stakeholder interactions, and digital marketing strategies.
We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to plan and execute Marketing campaigns, events, and activities while maximizing revenue from leasing opportunities such as advertising space, atrium areas, and pushcarts.
The Role:
As part of our Marketing team, you will:
Plan, develop, and roll out innovative marketing and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and enhance the mall’s visibility and competitive edge.
Lead and manage tenant and vendor engagement for events, pushcart leasing, and mall activations—prior experience in these areas is essential.
Take ownership of casual leasing for advertising panels, atrium spaces, and pushcarts—tracking leads, converting enquiries, and ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of A&P initiatives.
Manage social media platforms and content planning to extend our digital reach and drive engagement.
Support public relations efforts to uphold and enhance the mall’s brand image.
Contribute to other marketing-related duties that support team success and mall performance.

Has hands-on experience in pushcart and event space leasing within a shopping mall environment.
Is results-driven, organized, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Brings creativity and energy to campaign planning and execution.
