Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore (Kallang) is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive B2B marketing and lead-generation campaigns with measurable sales results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, plus strong data-analysis skills and CRM management. You will collaborate with the Sales team and engage clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B marketing and lead-generation campaigns focused on measurable sales results.
• Research new industries, market segments and potential customers to uncover business opportunities.
• Manage and improve the CRM/customer database, ensuring data accuracy and expanding prospect coverage.
• Analyse marketing and sales data to identify opportunities and support targeted sales actions.
• Engage customers directly and work closely with the Sales team to understand needs and convert insights into opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B.
• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign execution and sales-support marketing.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate is advantageous.
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging customers via phone, email and face-to-face.
• Proactive, analytical and results-driven, with strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership.

Candidates from industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering, electronics, semiconductor or technical B2B environments would be highly relevant.
