A leading health and beauty retailer in Singapore seeks a Marketing Executive to drive brand positioning and execute marketing campaigns. This role requires at least 2 years of experience and a diploma/degree in Business Management or Sales & Marketing. The successful candidate will manage marketing initiatives and collaborate with multiple agencies. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this dynamic environment.

Be the brand custodian, responsible to drive unified, consistent and accurate brand positioning for a portfolio of exclusive brands. To independently, develop, drive and execute marketing campaigns, creative ideas and concepts, monitoring and tracking of campaign performance across in-store, print, social, digital and eCommerce platforms.

Understand Consumers’ needs
Be aware and fully understand consumers’ needs and wants, analyse their evolving shopping and buying patterns, merchandise feedback from consumers
Keep abreast with market trends and make recommendation to respond appropriately, and anticipate/forecast future trends
Brand & Product Management
Responsible for the development, planning and implementation of marketing initiatives pertaining to the brand/s, customer experience and loyalty in order to drive the brand awareness and equity
Develop annual marketing plans, calendar, timeline and budget
Develop and deliver O+O (offline & online) marketing campaigns and adopting the appropriate media mix, touchpoints and promotional tactics for a 360-degree positive customer experience. Offline channels could include press, magazines, instore POSMs, events, roadshows, activation and guerilla activities, OOH, Public Relations etc. Online channels include App/website, social channels (FB, IG, Youtube etc), SEM, SEO, content management etc.
Work closely with cross-department colleagues and multiple external agencies in developing creative advertising, high-impact promotions, and media planning, for example, viral/guerilla marketing and event sponsorship to launch new products as well as promotions which would heighten awareness for new/ existing products, rejuvenate sales for slow moving products and to drive sales for existing products
Conduct brand training and orientation to internal stakeholders especially promoters to strengthen internal brand knowledge and equity. Promote brand awareness through brand seeding on business and event collaboration, sponsorship and partnership deals.
To drive visitation opportunities both offline and online
Responsible for the management of the marketing budget pertaining to the brand/s
To ensure all communication collaterals are adhering to the brand/s corporate guidelines, style guides, tone of voice and personality
To manage all relationships with external agency partners (advertising, design, Public Relations, media agencies etc) and internal stakeholders
To be a strong contributor, working hand-in-hand with the different marketing functions to ensure an integrated and positive experience for the Watsons customer both online and offline
Timely submissions of brands’ monthly expenditure
In addition to the core responsibilities, the role will also involve supporting the company’s annual events and providing assistance across colleagues’ portfolios as needed.
Perform any other relevant duties assigned by management
We Are Excited About You If You Have:
Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing
At least 2 years of relevant experience in product marketing/product development, attained in a fast-paced FMCG or challenging retail environment within health & beauty retail industry
A confident self-starter with a high level of drive, energy, integrity and professionalism
Good team player who is attentive to details, results orientated, resourceful and with a willingness to be “hands-on”
Results oriented, resourceful, resilient, proactive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
