Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Manager in all branding and marketing activities for assigned brands, including brands within the coffeeshop/food court.
- Develop and execute branding and marketing plans to enhance brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
- Manage deliverables required within the brand, such as POS setup, E-commerce, Menu setup, etc.
- Contribute actively as part of the marketing team, supporting cross-functional projects and business needs beyond creative development.
- Support content distribution efforts by ensuring marketing materials are effectively deployed across relevant channels.
- Monitor project progress, provide updates, and ensure deadlines are met. Track marketing campaign performance using various metrics, recommend improvements, and report on campaign outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaigns and promotions, ensuring strategic alignment with departments when needed.
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Undertake daily marketing administration tasks and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or Communications.
- Senior Executive: minimum 2 years of relevant experience; Assistant Manager: minimum 4 years of relevant experience managing Food Court/Food Stall brands.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and respond promptly to internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Self-starter, problem-solver, capable of managing relationships up and down.
- Team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic about learning and receptive to feedback for improvement.
