Support the Marketing Manager for all branding and marketing activities for assigned brands -including brands within the coffeeshop/ food court as well.
Develop and execute branding and marketing plans to enhance brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
Manage the deliverables required within the brand - from POS setup, E-commerce, Menu setup, etc.
Actively contribute as part of the marketing team, supporting cross-functional projects and business needs beyond creative development.
Support content distribution efforts by ensuring marketing materials are effectively deployed across relevant channels.
Monitor project progress, providing updates and ensuring that deadlines are met. Monitor the progress of marketing campaigns using various metrics, recommend ways to improve and submit reports on the campaigns’ performance.
Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaigns and promotions and getting strategic alignment with departments when required.
Work closely with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.
Undertake daily marketing administration tasks and other duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications.
Senior Executive must have minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; Assistant Manager to have minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in the same role/function managing Food Court / Food Stall brands.
Possess excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and immediately respond to internal and external key stakeholders in a professional manner that maintains and develops relationships.
Self-starter, problem-solver and able to manage both up and down.
Team player with good interpersonal & presentation skills.
Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
