A leading distribution company in Singapore is seeking a Brand Manager to develop brand strategies, manage budgets, and execute marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of FMCG marketing experience and strong skills in digital marketing. This position offers the opportunity to shape a leading brand in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Brand Strategy & Planning:
· Assist in developing the annual brand plan, including brand positioning, target audience, key campaigns, and budget allocation.
· Conduct market & competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate threats.
· Define brand KPIs (awareness, penetration, loyalty) and track performance.
Budget Management and Reporting:
· Manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI driven spend
Brand Management:
· Assist in product life cycle management, coordinate new product plan & launches, products’ packaging, and conduct product tastings & consumer surveys to ensure successful launch campaigns with positive ROI.
· Set pricing for new products and current products’ promotions.
· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
Market Research:
· Conduct effective market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
Innovation & Product Development:
· Support new product development (NPD) based on consumer insights and market trends.
· Assist in packaging redesigns, product extensions, and portfolio optimization.
Campaign & Trade Marketing:
· Lead 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, PR, sampling activations).
· Work with sales teams to develop trade marketing programs (promotions, POSM, in-store activations).
· Monitor campaign & sell-out performance, adjust trade strategies to maximize ROI.
Campaign Management:
· Oversee point of sales materials execution, on-ground & sampling activities.
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
Analytics and Reporting:
· Track and analyse marketing metrics, monthly sales and campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Digital & Social Media Strategy
· Develop digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO, performance marketing, e-commerce).
· Manage content calendars and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
· Analyse digital metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
· Work closely with external parties and internal cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG marketing.
Skills:
· Strong brand planning, campaign execution, and trade marketing.
· Proficient in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO).
· Analytical mindset (experience with Nielsen/Kantar is a plus).
· Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration.
· Strong understanding of FMCG trends and retail industry
