Job Description

Our client is a Japanese MNC manufacturing company focusing on home appliances. They are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to further develop the company's strategic marketing plan and grow the company's business.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and tactics (in line with the company objectives) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
  2. Manage the company's marketing budget, coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities, and report on the key performance metrics with concrete ROI analysis both quantitative and qualitative.
  3. Determine the budgets and targets and be in charge of developing pricing strategies for products and services.
  4. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors and develop potential new strategic partner relationships.
  5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications; a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis – and work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
  6. Conduct market research & analysis such as performing and producing market insights and competitor’s development to enhance company competence in developing competitive products and services to gain market share.
  7. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  8. Assist in Product Development team, Product Licensing Acquisitions & Accreditations from relevant agencies/vendors/suppliers; support in providing feedback on Quality & Service issues to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  9. Coordinate and submit monthly, quarterly & annual reports and supervise to oversee PSI preparations updating and finalization.
  10. Work closely with sales to assist in the analysis of sales forecast, and monthly & annual sales achievement by dealer & by-product.

Requirements & Preferences

(Must)

  1. Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Retail Management/Business Administration, or related.
  2. At least 3 years experience in full spectrum Marketing within the Home Appliance/Consumer Electronics industry.
  3. Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin to network and liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking dealers, stakeholders, marketing agencies, promoters, etc.
  4. Strong analytics and reporting skills, marketing planning, and execution, as well as copywriting skills.
  5. Experience in budgeting and pricing strategies.
  6. Strong in MS Office, including Excel.
  7. Target-driven and comfortable working in both team settings and individually.

(Advantageous)
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
  2. Experience working in a Japanese company.
