Elevan August Media is looking for a capable Senior Marketing Executive to join us in scaling up our business and strategically planning our expansion.

Responsibilities

· Conceptualise, plan and execute Clients’ marketing campaigns such as paid search, paid social, social media management, content marketing, including budget planning, content & offer ideation, and implementation schedules

· Develop concepts/mood boards for content creation (photography, reels)

· Development of visual concepts, content pillars and campaign concepts for clients. This includes generating the words, slogans and audio scripts that accompany advertising visuals, conceptualising ideas, creating slogans, catchphrases, messages, brand content (photos, memes, product demos, behind-the-scenes videos, quotes, etc)

· Support/ brief copywriter in copywriting, proofreading, and editing for different digital platforms and audiences, understanding audience profile, and platform requirements

· Vet and review work from Design, Social Media and Copywriting team before liaising with Client on approvals

· Follow up with team on progress of projects to ensure that relevant team members are aligned, and deadlines are met on time

· Regularly research/analyze social media trends to create reactive brand content across platforms quickly

· Compile media list, reach out to influencers for collaborations and track status of media partnerships

· Community management of Clients’ social media accounts

· Creative assets’ management to ensure the database is clean, up-to-date

· Assist to schedule post image and video-based content across social media channels, depending on the requirements of each channel

· Work closely with external vendors to fulfil clients’ tasks

· Monitor & optimise the results of content delivered on global platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and Telegram) and using analytics tools to identify trends and key insights. Analyse and provide recommendations for improvements when necessary

· Regularly report to Director on the results and ROI of campaigns

· Assist in Clients’ monthly reporting including spearheading Client’s meeting in the absence of the Director

· Assist in any marketing/ admin ad-hoc tasks

Job requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, or related fields

· Possess good marketing eye and judgement, able to liaise with Clients to ensure quality and budget are always kept in line as planned

· Strong proficiency in English, with strong copy vetting and writing skills

· Min. 3 years of relevant experience in digital & social media marketing

· Robust knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Business Manager, SEM, Google Analytics etc.

· Platforms you’ll need to be familiar with include CapCut, Canva, Hootsuite, Facebook Business/Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager etc.
