Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team, specializing in Events & Trade Marketing across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.

This regional role offers the opportunity to bring brand experiences to life through impactful on-ground activations and trade initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Events & Activities (Market Specific)

  1. Project management and execution for all Brand-led institutional events
  2. Project management of sales-driven pop-up activities & retailer events, including special training initiatives
  3. Media activities (when organised in conjunction with client activities)
  4. Negotiation with retailers for event dates and streamlining of target audience
  5. Creation of invitations and all collaterals in relation to the events, including the occasional customised door gift
  6. Budget management of all events

Retailer Communications (Market Specific)

  1. Negotiation for publicity on retailers' platforms: online websites, social media calendar, in-store and electronic direct mailers and any other relevant channels
  2. Ordering of visuals and assets for rollout on these platforms
  3. Coordination with Digital Marketing office on the assets to be utilized on the relevant platforms and rolling it out with retailers
  4. Asset Request from Studio Ensemble: Cortina, Sincere, Time Place, Sri Lanka

Mall Publicity & Communications (Market Specific)

  1. Ensuring a smooth rollout of communications that are campaign-driven in all key regional malls where mono brand boutiques exist
  2. Negotiation for publicity within relevant platforms including but not exhaustive of online websites, video screens, lightboxes, posters, banners, store directories, social media accounts, electronic direct mailers for mall database
  3. Ordering of visuals and assets for rollout on these platforms including still life and video assets
  4. Coordination with Digital Marketing office on the assets to be utilized on the relevant platforms and rolling it out with retailers

Franck Muller APAC Website

  1. Management of brand and collection content
  2. Technological upgrades, maintenance, and continual evolution of the site (working alongside agency)
  3. Store listings management on own and all other relevant sites (FM Geneve & Retailers)
  4. Corresponding updates for FM Geneve's main site

Others

  1. Ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Marketing
  • Possess great learning attitude with a pleasant personality
  • Diligent, strong work ethics and meticulous
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple markets and timelines
  • Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones (SG, MY, ID, SL).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in vendor management, event logistics, and on-ground coordination.
