About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping Škoda’s brand presence in Singapore. From campaign planning to digital strategy, event execution to content creation — you’ll lead initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

What You’ll Do

Campaigns & Media

• Develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns
• Manage media vendors, creative agencies, and production partners
• Track KPIs and deliver post-campaign performance reports
• Oversee campaign budgets and ensure timely payment processing
• Support the development of master media contracts and monthly media plans

Events & Launches

• Plan and execute product launches, roadshows, motorshows, and customer events
• Coordinate sponsorship activations and showroom experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution

Communication Collaterals

• Develop POS materials and showroom merchandise
• Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including website and digital platforms
• Approve artwork and marketing materials for campaigns and events
• Manage monthly eNewsletters and mobile app notifications

Digital & Social Media

• Support digital marketing strategy and lead generation efforts
• Manage influencer collaborations and content execution
• Oversee social media content planning and performance tracking
• Optimize digital assets to improve conversion rates
• Assist in digital budget planning and performance reporting

Admin & Reporting

• Propose and manage market research projects
• Analyze data to improve campaign effectiveness
• Provide regular updates to HQ on marketing activities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage purchase requisitions

What You Bring

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience a plus)
• Strong background in advertising, events, media planning, and budgeting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of initiative, independence, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working after hours and weekends for events
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• A valid Class 3 driving license
• Able to start before August 2025 is a plus
