Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional channels, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize ROI. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities.

Define target audiences and create tailored messaging across multiple channels.

2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (online and offline) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Manage the company website, blog, and landing pages for optimal user experience and conversions.

3. Brand Management & Content Development:

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and agencies to produce high-quality content (videos, blogs, ads, brochures).

Develop thought leadership content, P R strategies, and influencer partnerships.

4. Performance Tracking & Analytics:

Monitor KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

Generate reports and present insights to senior management for data-driven decision-making.

5. Marketing Budget Management

Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.

Negotiate with vendors, media partners, and advertising platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience: 5 years in marketing

Digital Expertise: Proficiency in SEO, SEM and social media ads

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data (Google Analytics, CRM) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in Interior Design/Construction Industry is a plus
