RocketBusiness, a division of MyRepublic Mobile, is dedicated to empowering small businesses and startups in Singapore with a comprehensive suite of digital services including marketing, accounting, HR, banking, and more. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive the execution of our marketing strategies. You'll play a crucial role in bringing our campaigns to life and supporting our mission to grow our presence in the vibrant SMB market.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution: Support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email) to drive demand and adoption of RocketBusiness's diverse digital products and services.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing initial insights and identifying areas for optimization to enhance ROI for our digital offerings.

Product Understanding & Positioning:Develop a strong understanding of RocketBusiness's digital service offerings, how they can be effectively bundled or presented as marketable products, and what makes them attractive to target SMB customers.

Cross-functional Coordination:

○ Collaborate with internal Creative team and external marketing agencies, Sales, Operations teams for successful campaign delivery.

○ Coordinate with external service partners, internal product, finance and operations teams to ensure seamless Product development and launches.

Market Support: Assist with competitive analysis, market research, and identifying customer pain points specifically related to SMB digital service needs, to inform campaign development and highlight product opportunities.

Operational Support: Provide general administrative and project support to the Head of Marketing, ensuring marketing initiatives for our digital services run smoothly.

Customer Engagement: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer retention and identifying cross-selling opportunities for our suite of digital services through targeted communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Degree in Marketing

● 1-3 years proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution. Past internships will also count towards experience.

● Familiarity with the small business (SMB) segment and/or digital services industry (e.g., SaaS, B2B services) is a significant plus.

● A keen understanding of product market fit and what makes a service appealing and 'sellable'.

● Eagerness to learn.

● Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
