Your duty as a Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for overseeing a team of marketing professionals within the marketing department and leading them to set and achieve the dedicated target.
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s brand, growth targets, and inventory cycles.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential growth opportunities in the second-hand luxury market.
2. Brand Management
- Maintain and elevate the company’s brand image, ensuring consistency across all digital and offline platforms.
- Position the company as a trusted and aspirational destination for pre-owned luxury goods.
3. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google Ads, email newsletters, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage and generate engaging content across platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook etc.), highlighting product features, authenticity, care tips, and brand stories.
4. CRM & Customer Engagement
- Plan and implement customer loyalty and retention programs.
- Analyze customer data to drive segmentation strategies and personalized marketing efforts.
5. Sales & Promotions
- Design and execute seasonal promotions, live sales campaigns, and product launches to drive traffic and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with in-store and online sales activities.
6. Partnerships & Events
- Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers, stylists, media partners, and luxury-related platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Plan and manage marketing events, trunk shows, and pop-ups in alignment with the brand ethos.
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs and ROI.
- Continuously analyze and optimize performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
8. Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, content creators, or freelancers.
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, operations, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging.
9. Product & Market Insights
- Work closely with buying and authentication teams to understand product cycles, high-demand brands, and seasonal trends.
- Provide marketing input for product curation and pricing strategies.
10. Reputation & Community Management
- Respond to customer feedback and reviews on public platforms.
- Manage crisis communications and reputation issues when necessary.
