Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Execute impactful digital marketing activities aligned with our marketing and product strategy, including digital campaigns with various social media channels.
- Campaign & Event Management: Plan, implement, and manage exciting marketing programs, event campaigns, and participate in prominent trade shows. This includes supporting in-store retail campaigns and promotions.
- Sales & Training Support: Develop and maintain essential sales tools, comprehensive training materials for both internal teams and retail partners, and compelling product collaterals.
- New Product Launches: Support the launch of new products through meticulous planning, seamless coordination, and flawless execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring strong support for retail rollout and merchandising.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct insightful research and provide valuable feedback on market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments, with a focus on retail consumer behavior and competitor retail strategies.
- Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate and manage all logistics for conferences, trade shows, meetings, training sessions, and company events – from registration to presentations and materials. This includes logistical support for retail visual merchandising updates and in-store event setups.
- ROI Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for all events and campaigns, including retail-specific promotions and activities, to ensure maximum impact.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to our employer branding efforts, including managing our vibrant social media presence and enhancing website content, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, including retail.
- Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with third-party vendors for marketing-related services, including suppliers for retail display materials and promotional items.
- Inventory Control: Maintain an organised inventory of all marketing and promotional materials, specifically including point-of-sale (POS) materials and retail collateral.
- Retail Support: Directly support the execution and performance of marketing campaigns running in our retail stores, working closely with the retail operations team to ensure effective implementation and communication.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong understanding of retail marketing or supporting retail operations.
