Based on overall marketing plan, implement marketing activities across all offline channels for both local and regional presence; including conceptualization, content development, liaison with partners / vendors, and execution
Building the PAZZION Masterbrand and franchise stores in Asia Pacific markets; making sure brand alignment and assisting to achieve campaign goals
Handle all media queries, PR matters and influencer marketing
Increase brand equity and awareness through constantly creating new and exciting marketing ideas which includes partnerships with brands and retail malls.
Manage and lease with mall partners to enhance customer experience through mall-wide promotions and events to drive patron’s traffic and increase outlet sale goals
Manage and develop an exciting calendar of local in-store promotions, events, communications and collaterals; including liaising with partners, stakeholders, vendors
Develop and establish relationships with other brand partners across industries to develop cross-marketing and co-branding alliance partnerships and campaigns
Manage the liaison of franchisees and oversees partners in the execution of offline marketing campaigns and collaterals
Assist the team with organizing exhibitions and trade fairs (when necessary)
Prepare, monitor, and present accurate and timely campaign progress and post-mortem report and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, derive key learning for business growth and decision-making
Upkeep marketing data, categories’ assets, and materials
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in fashion/retail industry
Creative, with eye for detail
Good written and oral communication
Good team player
