The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving comprehensive marketing campaigns, overseeing social media presence, managing digital advertising efforts, and executing data-driven marketing strategies. This role requires a multi-faceted marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Develop and implement social media content calendars and strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor, track, and respond to audience interactions, ensuring consistency in brand voice.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and advertising metrics.
Generate and present reports on KPIs, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness to guide future strategies.
Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
Budget Control:
Plan and allocate marketing budgets for various campaigns and activities.
Ensure campaigns are executed within budget, track expenses, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize cost-effectiveness.
Copywriting & Caption Creation:
Write clear, compelling copy for social media posts, email newsletters (if any), website content, and marketing materials.
Craft engaging captions and messaging that resonate with target audiences and align with brand tone and goals.
Website Updates & Liaison:
Coordinate with web development teams to ensure the company’s website is up-to-date with the latest content, promotions, and SEO practices.
Regularly update website content, product pages, and landing pages to maintain a user-friendly experience and improve conversions.
Digital Advertising (Facebook & Instagram Ads):
Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Optimize ad campaigns based on performance data to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Marketing Content Strategy:
Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that supports business objectives and drives engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality, informative, and engaging content across multiple channels.
Product Research & SEO Liaison:
Conduct thorough product and market research to understand consumer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Work with SEO specialists to ensure content and campaigns are optimized for search engines and contribute to improving website rankings.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO, and digital advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and marketing software (Mailchimp, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
Excellent writing, editing, and copywriting skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
