HK SEATRANS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Marine Procurement professional to manage day-to-day purchasing, negotiate with suppliers, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery for marine operations.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in marine logistics and experience in marine supply chains, with ability to coordinate with warehouse, operations, and finance; familiarity with tanker/bulker operations is a plus.

Formación

• Advance Diploma/ Degree in Marine, Maritime, Logistics or Supply Chain discipline.
• 5-7 years of marine procurement experience preferred though not essential.
• Knowledge of tanker / bulker operations, marine supply and logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Purchasing & Order Management: handle day-to-day purchasing activities, including quotation comparison, price negotiation, and issuance of purchase orders.
• Inventory & Demand Coordination: coordinate with warehouse, operations, sales, and other departments on purchasing requirements and inventory levels.
• Purchasing Documentation & System Maintenance: prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, contracts, delivery documents, and other purchasing records.
• Cross-Department Coordination: liaise with requesting departments to confirm specifications, quantities, budgets, and delivery requirements.
• Purchasing Compliance & Process Improvement: ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, approval procedures, and authorization limits.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare and maintain purchasing data, including purchase value, cost trends, supplier performance, and delivery performance.
