Longbridge Singapore is seeking a Risk Management professional to strengthen our growing, AI-driven brokerage. You will monitor daily risk across margin financing, exposure, and collateral, and ensure controls meet regulatory expectations.

You will conduct credit assessments for retail, HNW, institutional clients; analyze market and counterparty risk; and configure risk settings for equities and derivatives. This role also involves risk analytics, reporting, and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of risk management experience in brokerage/fintech/financial institution.
• Strong understanding of margin financing, equities, options, futures, fixed income.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily risk monitoring of margin financing exposure, collateral positions, concentration limits and client leverage.
• Assess credit limits for retail, HNW, institutional and corporate clients; review annual credit reviews.
• Monitor market volatility and counterparty exposures; perform stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Configure risk parameters for listed securities, derivatives, and structured products.
• Prepare regulatory reports to MAS/SGX and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop risk dashboards and analytics; identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support ad-hoc risk initiatives and special projects with cross-functional teams.
