Job description

Senior Marcom Executive (Global Commercial Communication) #JYS
  • Develop and implement integrated strategic commercial communication to drive engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define communication objectives, target audiences, key messages, value propositions, and performance metrics to drive success.
  • Plan compelling communication content that resonate with our target market and align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate within the Global Commercial Communication team to integrate, and synergise promotions with broader marketing and communication initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure communication projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct post-activity analysis to evaluate effectiveness, gather feedback, and generate insights for future campaign planning and optimization.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating assets, guides, and design templates to ensure alignment and consistency across all communication outputs, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master is a plus.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, marketing promotions, or related roles in the shipping, logistics.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Marketing Cloud, Marketo for email marketing and web-related projects will be advantageous.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends to optimize content reach and engagement.
