Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production activities involving precision instruments in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams to maintain smooth operations and drive improvements in manufacturing performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, task coordination, and compliance with ISO 13485/cGMP requirements while delivering effective technical support and training to staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment or
• NTC/ITE qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics with 5+ years in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor and Line Leader in daily assembly, testing and production activities.
• Coordinate and support Production Operators and Technicians to meet daily production requirements.
• Follow technical drawings, specifications and procedures during assembly and testing.
• Review yield and production issues; collaborate with Engineering on troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, troubleshooting references and standard procedures.
