Responsibilities
  1. Meet production quantity targets as per daily production plan and process quality requirements specified by work instructions.
  2. Participate in multi-skill training and conduct on-the-job training for new technicians.
  3. Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor or line 2IC in controlling one main production line/process, which may include several sub-assembly processes.
  4. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity and product quality.
  5. Assist in collecting and compiling quality data for filing and engineering study purposes.
  6. Assist in controlling production materials and performing material cycle counts.
  7. Actively participate in workplace safety, 6S, and environmental initiatives.
  8. Recommend RMA rework with minimal cost and troubleshoot testing fallout instruments and parts evaluations as per engineering requirements.
  9. Assist line supervisor in running one process/product line.
  10. Perform other manufacturing duties, including line 2IC responsibilities, as assigned by the supervisor.
