Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing engineering or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.
• Data visualization skills with Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reliability test production activities, including scheduling and workflows.
• Supervise staff to ensure efficient production operations and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Evaluate processes and equipment to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
