These units are supported by Advanced Analytics, Advisors Promotion & Marketing, Information Technologies & Advisors Technology Integration, Data Acquisition & Business Development, Human Resources & Development, Finance, Operations, Law, and a Project Management Office.
• Consulting Services combines professional problem-solving skills with deep payments expertise to address client challenges and opportunities, enhance MasterCard's strategic performance, and establish global thought leadership.
• Information Services focuses on monetizing MasterCard’s differentiated data assets.
• Managed Services provides executional services and turn-key solutions leveraging MasterCard’s data assets and analytical capabilities for clients of all sizes.

Role

Role Description and Major Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality work as the Associate Managing Consultant in the global delivery team, including consulting, test & learn, and data & analytics projects.
• Lead modules within delivery projects.
• Identify issues and client problems rigorously and logically across workstreams.
• Generate hypotheses and structure work independently at the workstream level.
• Develop effective relationships with mid-level client management.
• Synthesize analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Suggest additional analyses and new paradigms for recommendations.
• Assess client agenda, culture, and change readiness independently.
• Create impactful, quality storylines and presentations.
