Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of technical specialists in the design, management, and support of Workplace Technology and End User Computing (EUC) environments.
Drive innovation in collaboration technologies, focusing on AI and user-enablement tools to enhance business operations and user experience.
Ensure that EUC technologies and processes adhere to IT policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
Advocate for the adoption of new technology platforms, engaging senior stakeholders across the organization to support the integration of emerging technologies.
Plan and forecast the future of end-user technology, establishing budget forecasts and investment plans over the medium and long term.
Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Lead and deliver significant technology projects, managing all phases from initiation to execution.
Maintain a forward-thinking mindset, anticipating evolving business requirements and emerging trends, with a focus on continuous improvement in EUC services.
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related Information Technology field.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Extensive technical expertise in supporting Microsoft M365, with particular knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Familiarity with Crestron and CISCO AV technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of MS Entra IAM, Modern Authentication, SSO, and MFA.
Experience in endpoint management with Workspace One MDM, alongside strong expertise in Windows 10/11, mobile device enrollment, and security policy management.
Proven ability to drive the adoption of technology on a global scale.
Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Certifications in collaboration technologies and security are a plus.
