A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Transformation Lead to drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role involves managing cross-functional teams and implementing change management strategies for high-impact projects. Job Summary: The Transformation Lead will drive and manage strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that align with the company's vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, project management, and business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of strategic transformation programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and business priorities.
Collaborate with senior executives to define transformation objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.
Design and implement effective change management strategies to drive stakeholder engagement, organizational adoption, and cultural alignment.
Identify transformation risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
Track and report on program performance, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and enhance business agility.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and act as a key liaison between business units, support functions, and leadership teams.
Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric thinking across transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects. Experience in setting-up global business services entity will be a plus.
Prior experience in establishing or optimizing a Global Business Services (GBS) model is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Advanced communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus.
Analytical mindset with a strategic perspective and strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
