About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Technology (Team Lead), you will lead and manage the full lifecycle of security systems deployment and maintenance. You’ll oversee a multi-disciplinary team and ensure operational excellence across internal and external projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead High-Impact Projects

• Drive the full lifecycle of security system deployments for external clients

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of installations, integrations, and testing

• Mentor Project Managers on scheduling, scope, and stakeholder engagement

• Ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and adherence to safety and quality standards

Own Maintenance Excellence

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across all deployed systems

• Ensure high system uptime and performance per SLA requirements

• Oversee escalations and lead root cause analysis for complex issues

• Continuously improve workflows, reporting, and system performance monitoring

Build & Lead a High-Performing Team

• Lead a team comprising Project Managers, Project Engineers, Engineers, and Technicians

• Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and clear leadership

• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to support team growth

Champion Technical & Operational Standards

• Standardize deployment and maintenance processes

• Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance for all systems

• Recommend system enhancements to align with new technologies and threats

• Support pre-sales solution design and feasibility studies

Communicate with Impact

• Serve as the primary escalation point and manage client coordination

• Deliver project updates, risk reports, and dashboards to leadership

• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of hardware, software, and services

Skills & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field

• 6–8 years of experience in security systems deployment and maintenance, including 3–5 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and platforms like Milestone and Hikvision

• Proven project management and team leadership skills

• PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are a plus
