Job description

  • Lead System Transformation Projects: Oversee the end-to-end process of system transformation projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Handle change management working with SOCI and guide them through the various phases.
  • Analyze Current Systems: Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop Transformation Strategies: Create comprehensive strategies for system upgrades, migrations, and integrations that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Manage Project Timelines: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Governance: Implement best practices for data migration and integration to maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout the transformation process.
  • Develop Business Analytics Dashboard to support users for both Accounting and Non-Accounting info for decision making using smart AI tools.
  • Monitor and Report Progress: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business or a related discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduate with relevant competencies may be considered.
  • Proven experience in leading system transformation projects, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and data management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in system analysis, design, and implementation. Familiarity with various programming languages, databases, and cloud technologies.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools and methodologies.
  • Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to assess complex systems and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the major accounting software (SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, etc.)
  • Strong accounting knowledge with experience in handling AR, AP, GL scope of work.
