Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Sustainability Reporting.
  • Professional certifications in Sustainability are preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills are essential.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Certis’s Sustainability reporting framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare Sustainability reports aligned to international standards such as GRI, ISSB S1 and S2.
  • Identify appropriate processes and work closely with various teams to gather relevant information for Sustainability reporting practices.
  • Manage the data collection, analysis and reporting for Sustainability reports ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Coordinate with and manage external support (sustainability advisors, consultants, or external assurance auditors) to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in sustainability.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Sustainability Reporting
  • Develop and manage Certis’Sustainability reporting framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Prepare Sustainability reports which are aligned to international standards such as GRI, ISSB S1 and S2 etc.
  • Identify appropriate processes and work closely with various teams to gather relevant information and integrate Sustainability reporting practices across the organization
  • Manage the data collection, analysis and reporting for Sustainability reports and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Coordinate with andmanage external support (i.e. sustainability advisors, consultants or external assurance auditors) with various teams to ensure the deliverables are according to the contract requirements
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in sustainability and ensuring the implications for the organisation are understood and communicated

2. Sustainability Initiatives/ Strategies

  • Develop and execute long-term sustainability plans (including but not limited to reducing carbon emissions, reducing climate-related risks on Certis)
  • Monitor, report, and evaluate effectiveness of sustainability project implementations

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including but not limited to customers, Shareholder, Board of Directors and regulatory bodies)
  • Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance Certis’ Sustainability initiatives

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Sustainability Reporting
  • Professional certifications in Sustainability
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
