A leading company in Enterprise Management applications seeks a Presales Leader (HCM) in Singapore to drive sales support and customer engagements. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience, particularly in the ASEAN market, possessing strong communication skills and a dynamic leadership style. This role involves collaboration with sales teams and contributing to strategic objectives.

The ASEAN region is the mainstay of Workday’s operations in the Asian market. As we continue to strengthen our position in this key market, there is an increased opportunity to expand our footprint through our wide portfolio offerings in HCM, Financials, Planning and Analytics.
Increasingly, organisations that want to transform the way they operate are replacing legacy systems with Workday’s SaaS Enterprise Management applications.
About the Role
To capitalise on the opportunities in this market and to scale the sales support and customer engagements to new levels, Workday is looking to bring in a Presales Leader (HCM) to lead the presales team in Singapore to support the high growth in the region!
The team comprises of functional solution consultants who are experts in various product areas and technical and business architects, who bring the solution together from a customer context.
As a key member of the ASEAN leadership team, you personally contribute to achieving Workday’s main objectives, such as excellence in deal support, demand management, quarterly and annual planning, presales skills enhancement. Ensure the "One Team" objective is met through establishing a strong collaboration with the sales organization as well as other functional teams in the APJ region.
About You
You are a dynamic, outstanding people leader in the software industry, with excellent communication and influencing skills, specifically to a C-level leadership audience. You have developed a keen business sense and have served as a trusted business partner to the sales team and customers.
Thrive in fast-growing environment and in building teams and implementing programs through cross-functional, regional and global collaboration. You love to take on new challenges and have no hesitation in rolling up your sleeves to personally lead critical customer engagements when the situation calls for it!
