The Senior Manager/Manager will be part of a team overseeing the development and management of Recreation Centres (RCs) for Migrant Workers (MWs), ensuring their well-being and addressing their social and psychological needs.
What you will be working on:
• Designing and conceptualising RCs to meet MWs' needs, including infrastructural layout and programmes offered at the RCs.
• Developing multi-year procurement strategies and managing contracts for existing and new RCs, including tendering, construction, repairs, and redecoration works.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute concept plans.
• Overseeing RC operations to ensure smooth functioning and that programmes remain attractive to MWs.
What we are looking for:
• Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Business or Project Management.
• Experience in handling complex procurement matters or managing infrastructural projects.
• Knowledge of IM on Procurement and GeBIZ is advantageous.
• Ability to manage consultants, contractors, and project schedules and budgets.
• Professionalism in handling end users, ability to work independently, and efficiency with a strong customer service mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
