Job description

Responsible for leading a senior team of aviation security managers to develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy across the organization. This leadership role includes overseeing multiple teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, representing the organization to regulators, and mitigating security risks.


  • Leads and manages a senior team of aviation security managers, providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration
  • Develops and implements a comprehensive aviation security strategy for the entire organization
  • Oversees the performance of multiple aviation security teams across various locations or departments
  • Ensures compliance with all aviation security regulations and industry best practices across the organization
  • Manages the budget for aviation security operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation across different teams or locations
  • Represents the organization in high-level discussions with regulatory authorities on aviation security matters
  • Empowers team to identify and mitigate aviation security risks across the organization, conducting vulnerability assessments for different areas
  • Advocates for the implementation of standardized aviation security training programs for all personnel across the organization
  • Oversees the investigation and reporting of major or high-impact aviation security incidents, implementing corrective actions
  • Initiates and participates in performance reviews following company guidelines and with a focus on employee growth
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum Experience
  • Seven (7) years of relevant work experience, inclusive of two (2) years of management experience
