As a Senior Manager - Sales in the Sales and Marketing department, you will be required to have a good knowledge of General Insurance including Health, Property, Marine, Fire, and Liability. The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate with excellent communication skills in English and the local language. You should be well-versed in Rating and Policy terms & Conditions. The salary for this position will be based on your experience and standard market practices.Your primary responsibility will be revenue generation across various lines by creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients or up-sell to current clients. You will need to utilize methods such as cold calling to identify opportunities and build trust with potential customers while acquiring new clients. It is essential to keep the management informed about business processes and profitability.Collaborating with clients to introduce them to beneficial risk management strategies will be part of your role. You will also be responsible for interacting with Insurance companies for commercial quotations. Conducting regular meetings with clients/prospects to discuss target status, product training, and sales strategy and updating the Head Office accordingly will be crucial.Staying updated on the best industry practices and developing associated strategies is a key aspect of this position. This is a full-time, permanent job with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
